Concierge

The Concierge role is onsite in Sun Prairie, WI, with a part-time schedule of 8:00 AM–2:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and some weekends. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls, provide routine information, record messages, and route calls
• perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, and processing facility mail
• screen and direct visitors
• communicate respectfully with guests, residents, families, and team members
• deliver customer service
• and help maintain an attractive home environment that supports engagement and socialization.

Why this role
