Cleaning Technician

Job overview

The Cleaning Technician role is onsite in Piedmont, SC. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. SERVPRO of West Greenville County works to make property damage “Like it never even happened.” The technician responds to property-damage emergencies and performs restoration and cleanup work, helping clients through water- and fire-damage recovery. The role includes communicating findings and safety needs to supervisors, explaining the restoration process to clients, and maintaining project equipment and supplies.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water or fire damage. Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire-damage work, specialty-equipment setup, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with project tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate safety hazards, job-site findings, and equipment and tool requirements to supervisors
• address client concerns and explain the restoration process
• and perform water extraction, drying, and site cleanup.
