What you'll do

• Own solution architecture across SAP Service Cloud and NICE CXone
• define integration architecture across legacy CIS, SAP C4C, NICE CXone, EDL, and related systems
• establish and chair architecture review boards
• maintain architecture documents and integration blueprints
• enforce design governance
• review vendor deliverables
• lead technical workshops
• manage technical risks and assurance reviews
• assess change requests
• design SAP C4C and NICE CXone configuration and integration patterns
• advise on APIs, event-driven integration, and middleware
• communicate technical issues to stakeholders
• mentor junior architects and technical leads.
