Distribution Associate – Returns Processor

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and sort returned products
• identify damage, defects, expiration, or discrepancies
• document return reasons and disposition
• process returns using RF technology and warehouse management systems
• repackage and label items for restocking, quarantine, or scrap
• pick, scan, label, palletize, and package orders
• participate in inventory counts
• operate designated material-handling equipment safely
• maintain accurate records and clean work areas.
