The Warehouse Lead — 2nd Shift is an onsite role in San Bernardino, CA, working 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with Friday and Saturday off. Compensation is $25.75 per hour. Home Chef provides meal solutions through online sales and retail grocery stores. This role coordinates warehouse associates and shift tasks across receiving, product issuing, shipping, and inventory. It supports accurate, safe, and timely warehouse operations through hands-on training, task delegation, progress monitoring, and adherence to food-safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Coordinate receiving and outbound shipping teams
• delegate daily warehouse tasks
• monitor progress
• train associates on standard procedures, systems, and safe powered industrial truck operation
• maintain receiving, loading, and inventory records
• oversee product staging and inventory counts
• support safe work, facility GMPs, and food-safety and quality programs.
