What you'll do

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment
• set up equipment and verify production specifications
• monitor product quality, dough characteristics, temperatures, and production flow
• adjust equipment to maintain quality and efficiency
• troubleshoot routine issues
• complete quality, food safety, and production documentation
• assist with changeovers, sanitation, startup, and shutdown
• maintain clean work areas
• and follow food safety, GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements.
