Korean-Speaking Legal Assistant / Paralegal

The Korean-Speaking Legal Assistant / Paralegal role is hybrid in Dallas, TX, with four onsite days and one remote day. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The role supports attorneys handling litigation at Sul Lee Law Firm, whose mission is to help businesses navigate disputes. The position supports complex business litigation through case organization, Korean-English translation and interpretation, legal drafting assistance, discovery support, and communication with Korean-speaking clients.

What you'll do

• Maintain physical and digital litigation files, track deadlines, and manage the master calendar
• translate legal correspondence, contracts, and evidence between Korean and English
• interpret during client meetings and intake interviews and occasionally during deposition preparation
• prepare shells for pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and basic motions
• assist with document collection and Bates stamping
• serve as a contact for Korean-speaking business owners and executives, provide status updates, and gather documentation.
