• Lead and develop ride mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
• oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and seasonal maintenance
• direct troubleshooting and repairs
• maintain inspection and work-order records
• support regulatory and third-party inspections
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• coordinate with park operations
• manage departmental budgets, vendors, and capital planning.
