What you'll do

• Prepare reports and provide confidential administrative support
• gather, revise, and enter data
• greet customers and answer telephone calls
• perform clerical tasks such as ordering, scanning, filing, photocopying, and transcribing
• support financial tracking and document control
• assist with scheduling and billing when assigned
• retrieve information to answer inquiries
• maintain department communications
• report safety incidents and complete required training.
