What you'll do

• Monitor the pool, deck, and surrounding areas
• enforce aquatic safety rules
• respond to emergencies and complete incident reports
• inspect the pool area and equipment
• perform chemical testing when not actively guarding
• maintain safety equipment and records
• attend required meetings and training
• promote an inclusive atmosphere.

Why this role
