The Community Manager — Manufactured Housing Communities role is onsite at two communities in Provo, UT, and Springville, UT. Pay is $26–$30 per hour. Investment Property Group owns and operates multifamily, manufactured housing, and RV communities. The manager oversees daily property operations, staff, and resources to meet financial and operational goals and comply with applicable requirements. The role supports residents and community teams through lease administration, resident service, financial oversight, and staff leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee community operations and staff
• enforce lease agreements, rules, and regulations
• manage applications for new move-ins
• lead, coach, and develop on-site employees
• maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
• prepare and submit regulatory reports
• oversee rent collection, deposits, delinquent accounts, and accounting reports
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate with community agencies and law enforcement
• manage legal work-up for the property.
