What you'll do

• Assist with coaching the junior varsity and varsity teams and middle-school teams as needed and available
• supervise and instruct student-athletes during team activities
• comply with Lakeside School, Metro League, and WIAA policies
• support diverse student-athletes
• manage daily team operations, including field setup and game-day preparation
• maintain team equipment and apparel inventory
• attend required athletics meetings
• support multi-sport participation and balanced achievement.
