The Medical Assistant, Fertility Clinic role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The role supports Pinnacle Fertility’s Illinois clinic and surgery center in providing fertility care and supporting patients on their path to parenthood. The assistant supports patient visits and procedures, maintains records and supplies, and coordinates appointments and follow-up. The role works closely with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team to support compassionate, organized care.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• verify medical history and update records
• assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• take vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections
• prepare exam rooms
• maintain electronic medical records
• schedule appointments
• educate patients
• support in-office procedures and, as needed, egg retrievals and operating-room preparation
• follow infection-control standards
• manage supplies and respond to patient inquiries.
