Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor role is onsite in Lenexa, KS, with a Sunday-through-Thursday schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Compensation is $44,000–$46,000 per year. The role exists to coordinate warehouse workflow, lead associates, maintain inventory accuracy and safety, and support efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.

What you'll do

• Manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment
• supervise, assign, coach, and train warehouse associates
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and enforce equipment protocols
• maintain OSHA and site safety standards and report incidents
• oversee inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
