Cemetery Groundskeeper

The Cemetery Groundskeeper role is onsite in Jackson, MI. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The groundskeeper maintains cemetery property, equipment, and visitor safety while supporting funeral services. The work helps preserve a cared-for setting for families and visitors and includes landscape maintenance, repairs, and memorial installation tasks.

What you'll do

• Perform landscape maintenance such as weed-whacking and mowing
• maintain equipment
• perform functions related to funeral services
• operate machinery safely
• install or assist with installing cemetery vaults
• install headstones or memorials as needed
• complete general maintenance
• remove snow if applicable
• perform other duties assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.

Why this role
