What you'll do

• support owner relationships and provide property performance updates
• contribute to budgets and review financial statements
• set rent rates and oversee collections, deposits, and monthly reports
• approve vendor invoices
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• respond to resident concerns
• oversee maintenance response
• inspect property conditions and safety
• manage lease enforcement and required reporting.
