Head Coach, Fitness Leadership

Job overview

The Head Coach role is onsite in Aurora, CO, with compensation of $30–$65 per hour. The role supports coaching and member experience at Orangetheory Fitness Southlands. The Head Coach teaches assigned classes and sets coaching standards across the schedule, develops and observes coaches, manages coverage, and monitors workout quality and safety. The role also supports member progress, works with the sales team on introductory classes and outreach, and represents the studio at community events.

What you'll do

• Teach assigned fitness classes
• recruit, onboard, observe, and develop coaches
• manage coach coverage and substitutions
• audit workout execution, form correction, equipment setup, and pacing
• promote heart-rate monitor use, Splat Point education, and benchmark participation
• coordinate with sales on introductory classes and member outreach
• represent the studio at community events and partnerships.
