What you'll do

• Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• monitor platform health and perform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and backup validation
• build workflow automations and scripts
• integrate Atlassian tools with identity providers, DevOps platforms, collaboration tools, and monitoring systems
• govern marketplace apps
• support data cleanup and migrations
• provide tier 2/3 support, documentation, and user enablement
• implement security controls and support compliance.

Why this role

Requires four to seven years of Jira and Confluence administration or engineering experience, including hands-on scripting and automation. Candidates must have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the past five years and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain is required.
