What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts as the primary contact
• oversee orders from quote generation and entry through fulfillment and delivery
• prepare quotations from customer specifications and technical drawings
• respond to inquiries about order status, lead times, pricing, availability, and delivery
• coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and outside sales
• resolve escalated account issues
• report quote activity, feedback, and account trends
• maintain ERP and CRM records.
