What you'll do

• Perform installation, integration, cabling, hardware swaps, and physical support
• troubleshoot break-fix incidents and restore services
• resolve tickets, service requests, and field issues
• validate equipment and document support actions
• coordinate with systems, network, automation, and logistics teams
• maintain tools, spares, parts, and readiness
• follow site procedures, escalation paths, and change practices
• provide customer-facing support.
