General Manager, Guest Experience

What you'll do

• Build team culture
• set expectations and coach, train, recognize, and manage performance
• recruit and make hiring decisions
• plan staffing and schedules
• monitor sales, labor, expenses, and results
• manage controllable expenses
• support guests and resolve concerns
• maintain clean, safe facilities and functioning experiences and equipment
• coordinate repairs
• ensure policies and records are followed
• build local relationships and partner with Marketing and Sales.
