Perform general maintenance and repair of ready-mix trucks and heavy equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Respond to service requests, maintain a clean and safe shop environment, and collaborate with team members and leadership. Assist in training and mentoring co-workers.
