What you'll do

• Lead enrollment portfolio strategy, operations, and performance
• translate organizational goals into plans and measurable outcomes
• manage budget, staffing, and resources
• forecast pipeline performance and address risks
• coach Enrollment Managers and their teams
• develop enrollment strategies and continuous improvement efforts
• ensure consistent processes, CRM standards, reporting, and compliance
• partner with Marketing, Program Success, Operations, and university stakeholders.
