What you'll do

• Patrol the community at least twice each night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights per week
• inspect common areas and amenities
• report suspicious activity to local authorities and the Community Director
• provide extra holiday patrol coverage or coverage as needed
• identify and report lighting issues
• collaborate with local law enforcement
• submit weekly written activity reports.
