What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and distribute accounts payable checks
• monitor customer accounts receivable
• research invoice discrepancies
• reconcile vendor accounts
• respond to customer inquiries
• assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing
• prepare and review customer invoices
• assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
