What you'll do

• Lead and develop estimators
• oversee workload, priorities, and deadlines
• review estimates and proposals
• establish estimating standards
• oversee budgets and bids
• evaluate scope, labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor pricing, and risk
• analyze historical data and market conditions
• identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• participate in bid reviews
• collaborate with leadership, preconstruction, operations, project management, engineering, and field teams
• and improve estimating tools, processes, and cost databases.
