The Machine Operator — Roaster, 1st Shift role is onsite in Grove City, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Pay is $17.50–$19.50 per hour. The role includes checking product and equipment settings, following production specifications and food-safety procedures, documenting quality checks, and communicating concerns to production management and quality control.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain roasting equipment
• monitor product flow, belt speeds, oil levels, temperatures, and settings
• follow production tickets and product specifications
• inspect products for quality
• perform testing, cleaning, and sanitation
• follow food-safety, quality, GMP, and SQF procedures
• complete production and quality documentation
• report equipment, product, safety, or quality concerns
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• work with the team to meet production goals.
