What you'll do

• Provide safe, efficient, on-schedule passenger transportation
• offer courteous customer service and maintain confidentiality
• assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including wheelchair-lift use as trained
• inspect, clean, refuel, maintain, and secure vehicles
• report mechanical or safety issues
• follow traffic laws and safety procedures
• respond to incidents
• complete inspection reports, manifests, mileage logs, and other paperwork.
