What you'll do

• Monitor production infrastructure health, availability, and performance
• lead incident response and root-cause analysis
• operate production Kubernetes clusters
• coordinate patching and vulnerability remediation
• plan capacity and optimize cloud costs
• manage backups and disaster recovery testing
• apply and validate Terraform infrastructure changes
• maintain runbooks and escalation paths
• mentor junior engineers
• support SOC 2 and PCI DSS evidence requests
• participate in an on-call rotation
• build AI agents and AI-assisted operational automations and integrate AI tools into workflows.
