The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is an onsite position serving clients in Hibernia, NJ and surrounding areas. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. Stand Out Home Care is a growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ. The aide provides personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, follows nurse-provided care plans, and reports changes in condition to the agency while supporting clients’ daily needs and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• follow individualized nurse-provided care plans
• report changes in client condition
• maintain timely documentation.
