What you'll do

• Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and instructions from the Pastry Chef
• assist with seasonal menu development
• maintain presentation and quality standards
• keep the pastry station clean and organized
• help track inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
• coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
• follow health, food-handling, storage, and sanitation requirements. The schedule is flexible and includes weekends and holidays.

Why this role
