The role supports Methods Machine Tools’ Production department and coordinates machine-tool projects from order creation through installation, training, and sign-off. The position exists to coordinate people, suppliers, schedules, resources, and customer communication so projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. It also works with Production, Engineering, Service, Sales, Purchasing, and shipping to address issues and complete project closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage machine-tool projects from order creation through installation, training, and sign-off
• create customer schedules
• track orders and production progress
• coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers
• communicate project changes and updates
• support engineering documentation and resource planning
• coordinate shipping and machine deliveries
• and support timely project closure.
