What you'll do

• Collect rent and home payments
• enforce community rules and Fair Housing laws
• issue notices and manage eviction processes as needed
• advertise and show available units or lots
• handle move-ins and move-outs
• inspect vacant units with maintenance and prepare repair lists
• oversee property upkeep and resident satisfaction
• communicate with the Regional Manager.
