What you'll do

• Serve as a contact for labor unions and employee representatives
• administer and interpret craft collective bargaining agreements
• process unemployment claims
• schedule and support grievance investigations and resolution
• prepare work assignment determinations
• recruit and hire union employees
• participate in negotiations and pre-job conferences
• compile workforce reports
• support labor-law compliance
• serve as Designated Employer Representative for the drug and alcohol testing program
• represent the company in hearings
• maintain rosters and coordinate site activities
• conduct onboarding and workplace investigations.
