What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and direct visitors
• report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents
• complete activity and incident reports and shift communications.
