What you'll do

• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to the unit and shift
• implement and maintain nursing objectives and standards
• communicate with residents’ family members about condition and progress
• evaluate resident needs, conditions, and care
• assist with individual nursing care plans, including rehabilitative and restorative activities and self-help instruction
• exchange nursing reports with the Charge Nurse.
