Construction Manager

The manager oversees internal construction and capital projects from planning through handover, coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, safety, and quality. The work helps deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives and applicable standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee construction project phases from planning and budgeting through completion
• develop schedules and coordinate stakeholders
• monitor progress, quality, costs, and risks
• conduct site and safety inspections
• manage contracts, invoices, change orders, and payment requests
• enforce safety protocols and building-code compliance
• provide project updates to stakeholders. Frequent travel to project sites is required.

Why this role
