Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Sherman, IL, providing an afternoon home case Monday–Friday from 4–6 p.m. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. SpringHealth Behavioral’s therapy team delivers customized treatment plans intended to improve clients’ quality of life. The technician provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy and implements treatment goals under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision, tracking progress and supporting communication, self-help, and social skills.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings
• provide one-to-one therapy
• implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• report progress to the supervisor
• teach communication, self-help, and social skills
• track client progress and program data
• safeguard confidential patient information.
