What you'll do

• Follow resident care plans
• assist and teach residents range-of-motion, stretching, ambulation, gait, transfer, and therapeutic exercises as directed
• support activities of daily living and use of mobility appliances
• perform ordered treatments under supervision
• prepare therapy equipment
• report resident condition, tolerance, progress, and changes
• document services and goals
• assist with resident transport, dining, and requests
• maintain safety, privacy, and a clean work area.
