What you'll do

• Repair and maintain common-area electrical and plumbing fixtures
• repair doors, locks, ventilators, floors, ceilings, and walls
• complete assigned unit service orders and repairs
• back up the maintenance supervisor
• monitor fire-safety systems and extinguisher service records
• maintain pool equipment and water quality
• track repairs and supplies
• check laundry rooms
• maintain equipment manuals and work areas
• respond to scheduled on-call and building emergencies.
