The District Manager is a remote role covering Central Illinois. The position offers a base salary range of $71,000 - $125,000 per year and supports the Thorntons organization within the bp family. This role exists to supervise operations across 8 to 12 stores. It contributes to the company by achieving budgeted goals, growing sales and profits, building high-performing teams, and championing the company culture of service and safety.

What you'll do

• Lead teams focused on owning personal safety.
• Ensure all stores maintain Food Manager and Team Member Food Certifications.
• Drive store performance to meet and exceed operating plan budgets.
• Supervise each store’s performance to sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Partner with General Managers to recruit, select, and hire dedicated individuals.
• Lead process improvement and champion company culture.
