What you'll do

• Plan and direct major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives
• formulate and guide technical approaches
• consult and negotiate with activity and agency personnel for resources
• establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs
• analyze engineering program documentation, spend plans, and program risks
• develop risk assessments and processes.
