What you'll do
- Prepare detailed independent cost estimates.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of change orders.
- Lead cost negotiations with contractors.
- Develop Authorized Cost Breakdown Summaries and Negotiation Memoranda.
- Evaluate contractor proposals and T&M records.
- Support quantification of financial impacts.
