What you'll do

• Oversee Pre-Op, PACU, OR, SPD, and clerical services
• lead quality improvement and risk management programs
• develop and review clinical policies and quality goals
• coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
• direct staff and staffing schedules
• recruit, retain, teach, and mentor staff
• ensure regulatory compliance
• designate a charge nurse during absences and assume administrative responsibilities when the ASC Administrator is unavailable.

Why this role
