What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• record visits
• inspect models and available apartments
• demonstrate communities and apartments
• process applications and deposits under company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• coordinate move-ins and renewals
• accept rental payments
• prepare leases and maintain Yardi records
• respond to resident concerns and service requests
• coordinate with maintenance
• support resident events
• follow property-management rules and applicable laws.
