• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, beverage, and refrigeration equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
• build customer and vendor relationships
• order parts
• complete paperwork
• collect payment from COD customers
• and maintain the service vehicle. After-hours and weekend call duty is part of a rotation once technicians are running calls solo.
