What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the claims process
• coordinate communication among clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams
• prepare and submit complete claims documentation
• monitor open claims and follow up
• review policy and coverage information
• facilitate claim review meetings and prepare client summaries
• maintain claim records and follow-up actions in agency management systems.
