Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across housing sites, including plumbing, painting, basic electrical work, drywall, minor construction, landscaping, trash removal, and groundskeeping.
• Complete work orders, prepare apartments for occupancy, maintain buildings and required logs, coordinate with site leaders and vendors, and provide resident-focused service.
• Regional travel between Genacross sites and weekday and occasional weekend on-call coverage are required.
