What you'll do

• Perform building and mechanical repairs
• coordinate preventive maintenance and daily work orders
• prepare vacant units for new tenants
• complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, and carpentry work
• inspect building systems and grounds
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• maintain tools, supplies, and safe work areas.
