What you'll do

• Oversee daily OR operations, case starts, and room turnover
• manage staffing schedules, assignments, and on-call coverage
• supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, Sterile Processing, scheduling, and hospital leadership
• escalate significant events and safety risks
• support regulatory readiness
• lead or participate in audits and workflow improvement.
